Workers, students, and individuals who need a fit test in Manhattan and a record their employer or school can check.
What you get
One appointment is $75 for one person and one selected respirator. Testing follows OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 Appendix A. We keep the record on file for up to 3 years.
